If you would like to book our house for your next vacation, please send us an email with your name, your travel dates and the number of guests including age information to reservas@morellnou.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

The minimum stay is one week.

In June, July, August and September the available arrival and departure days are Saturdays.

 

In order to confirm your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total rental price and ask you to confirm the booked flights. The deposit is paid by bank transfer. You will then receive a detailed booking confirmation from us, with details of the house and arrival.

The balance is due 30 days before arrival by bank transfer.

The finca is rented as a whole and to only one party per period. It is currently not possible to book individual rooms.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

Up to 30 days before the date of arrival we will refund 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will not be refunded. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

CHARGES

The rental price includes bed linens, towels, pool towels, beach towels, electricity and final cleaning. In the event of disproportionately high electricity consumption, we charge € 0.35 / kWh.

The mandatory stay tax is € 2 per adult (aged 16 and over) for the first 8 days and 1 € for all remaining days.This will be collected in cash on departure. A deposit of 300 € is payable in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure (provided no significant damage has occurred). 

 

BOOKING DOCUMENTS

To complete your reservation we are required by law to obtain the following information:

 

1. a completed and signed rental agreement 

2. a registration form completed by each guest, 14 years or older 

3. a data protection form also to be completed by each guest aged 14 or over. Children under the age of 14 must be named on their mother's or father's form, including their ID number.

 

As the landlord of a vacation home, we are obliged to forward the personal details of our guests to the authorities within 24 hours of arrival.

ARRIVAL

Check-in is generally possible from 16:00. We will be happy to inform you of the exact location / coordinates of the property by telephone to facilitate your arrival.

We look forward to welcoming you personally, handing over the keys, showing you around and answering any questions you may have. 

 

DEPARTURE

Departure should be scheduled for 10:00 am at the latest.

 

EXTRAS

If you would like to make use of one of our services (bicycles, organic vegetables, medical medium equipment, massages, etc.), please contact us in advance by email. 

 

HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to respect the following rules. Thank you very much!

 

Smoking is not permitted in the house. 

Pets are not allowed.

For the benefit of all, Morell Nou is a fragrance and perfume-free space. The use of any kind of room fragrances or scented candles is strictly prohibited (artificial fragrances are toxic in nature and almost impossible to remove from fabrics and other materials).

Reservations for guests under the age of 25 must be requested in advance.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Quiet hours from 24:00 - 7:00.

We assume that you will treat the house and furniture with respect and care, just as you would in your own home.
